Laptop Down

The battery of my laptop finally kicked it and our computer just flat out refuses to turn on.  That means (besides not being able to update the iTunes) the only place to do the bloggy blog is on the ol' desk top, circa 2003.  That's right, it's a throw back blog.

I'm actually pleasantly surprised at this computer's performance.  I've got multiple pages up and a youtube video running and it's only taking about 4 minutes to switch from page to page!

Last week, I didn't get to the blog part because of a faulty laptop and part due to a relentlessly crying child for about 3 1/2 hours.  That means I wasn't able to warn/remind everyone that Diners, Drive ins and Dives was going to be airing it's episode on R&R Taqueira tonight (Monday) at 10 PM.

If you missed it, there was twice the treat as Washington Redskin and World Champion Joe Theisman joined Guy Fieri as they hit the Elkridge taco haven for lunch.  They prepared a couple of meals that I will be consuming within the week, including a lamb taco and some kind of Mexican/taco pork pizza.

Until the video becomes available online, you can watch a pretty solid/locally produced food show as they spotlight R&R's.

Check the guide, I'm sure they'll show that episode again.  "Triple D" as it's called, is on ALL the time on Food Network Which is fine by me.  I love that show.  And the fact that they have a Food Network Map App for the Droid, just means that I will be able to eat ant any of the places they feature whenever I am out and about.

Alright, later this week we finally hit the month of March.  That of course means March Madness is coming soon, I hope to have the computer back and up and running by the end of this week. I need to get the March Madness Tournament set up, and do some proper prep-work for this year's festivities. Also, don't forget that we have the Combine, draft rumors, free agency and the Peyton Manning deadline. I'll also unload some Entertainment that's been storing up in my Inbox.

Until then, let's get some March Madness (or should I say Arch Madness) thoughts going with this flash mob dance party that occurred at the Bradley University/ISU game.  It's The War on 74 Flash Mob Dance Team style!

Ok, that's all for now. Hopefully I have more later this week.
